The Meta Ads Manager integration allows you to turn audience insights into live campaigns in just a few clicks. Instead of manually building audiences and copying targeting criteria, Audiense Action automatically populates campaign targeting based on real behavioral data and audience segments.

This integration streamlines campaign setup, reduces manual work, and helps ensure more accurate targeting.

How the Meta Ads Manager Integration Works

Audiense Action connects to your Meta account using a secure OAuth authentication process. Once connected, you can create campaigns directly from any audience segment within a report.

When you create a campaign, Audiense Action automatically:

  • Assigns the selected ad account

  • Applies demographic and geographic targeting

  • Adds interest-based targeting descriptors from the segment

  • Displays real-time reach estimates

Creating a Meta Campaign in Audiense Action

Follow these steps to launch a Meta campaign using audience segments.

Select a Segment:

  1. Open a report in Audiense Action and locate the audience segment you’d like to use for your campaign.

  2. Each segment card includes quick action options at the bottom.

Start Campaign Creation:

  1. Click the option to Create Meta Campaign from the segment’s action menu.

  2. This will open the campaign creation flow within Audiense Action.

Connect Your Meta Account:

If this is your first time using the integration, you’ll be prompted to connect your Meta account using OAuth.

This is a one-time setup and allows Audiense Action to securely access your Meta Ads Manager account. You can change or disconnect the connected account at any time.

Choose a Campaign Objective:

Select the objective that best matches your campaign goal:

  • Traffic

  • Sales

  • Awareness

  • Engagement

Select Your Ad Account:

Choose the Meta Ads account where the campaign will be created.

Review Targeting and Reach:

Audiense Action will automatically populate targeting based on the selected segment.

You’ll be able to:

  • Review demographic and geographic filters

  • View interest-based targeting descriptors

  • See estimated audience reach in real time

Create the Campaign:

Once you’ve reviewed targeting details, click to create the campaign. The campaign will then appear in Meta Ads Manager with a status of “Off,” ready for you to:

  • Add ad creative

  • Set budget and bidding strategy

  • Define schedule

  • Launch when ready

Requirements for Meta Integration

To use the Meta Ads Manager integration, you must have:

  • An active Meta Ads Manager account

  • Appropriate permissions to create campaigns within the selected ad account

  • It’s recommended to use a Meta Business Manager account for organizational access, though it is not strictly required.
