We understand that sometimes you need to try a platform out before deciding if it is the right one for you. If you decide our platform doesn’t fit the bill the first thing to do is to get in touch with us at email@example.com - in the majority of cases we find a few ways to transform the insights you're getting.
If this doesn't work for you, we have a simple refunds policy in place to give you comfort as you start your subscription:
- First, you need to get in touch with us within the first five working days of your first month as a customer of Audiense.
- Secondly, if you have not yet run a report, we will refund the full amount of your first payment. If you have run 1 report, we will refund 80%, and then decreasing by 20% for each further report. If you have an annual subscription these percentages apply to first month, with the remaining 11 months refunded in full.
Please note we will only refund once per account, and retain the right to refuse a refund in specific circumstances.
