FAQ: Can I segment my subscribers?

Currently, you won’t be able segment your Opt-in Chatbot subscribers as this uses only 1 topic and you will have to send a broadcast to all subscribers.

However, for other types of Chatbots that have more than 1 topic available for subscribers to choose from, then yes, you can send different broadcasts to each of those groups.
