Change Your Password (Post Login)
If you have successfully signed on to Affinio, you can visit the Settings section to change your current password. Choose the Security subsection, enter your desired password, and click Change Password to validate the change.
Forgot Your Password (Prior to Login)
If you can't sign on to Affinio because you forget your password or have entered an incorrect password too many times, you can follow our "Forgot your password?" procedure. You'll be prompted to authenticate your account via your secure email.
How to Reset a User's Password (Admin Only)
If a user in your company is unable to authenticate themselves, you can opt to reset their password. Select the Users option from your Admin Section, then click the user you'd like to modify.
Simply click the Reset Password button and the user will receive an email prompt to authenticate their account.
