Viewing your Broadcast dashboard
After you've created your message you can click on the title of your Broadcast from the Broadcast list, within your Chatbot, which is where you will find the dashboard.
The dashboard displays:
- the name of the broadcast
- the topic name of the broadcast (for non Enterprise customers this will always be 1 topic relating to the user opting in to receiving the message)
- Broadcast stats - how many messages were delivered, failed or pending
- the text included within the Broadcast message
