# The Job Experience Tab

The job experience tab of your DI for LinkedIn report, shows you: 

- **Job Title: ** the positions of the audience members within their organization, defined by LinkedIn.

- **Skills:** highly relevant keywords found within the audience members’ profiles and skills sections that indicate expertise in a particular area.

- **Job Function:** thecommon tasks or activities undertaken within your audience member's job positions.

- **Seniority: ** the rank or level of influence of your audience members' current role in their organization.
- **Years of Experience:** the years of professional experience your audience members have accumulated.
