# Why am I constantly asked to grant permission?

Using MCPs with Claude, you might notice that it's asking you togrant permission every time you run a prompt.

Here's why this happens:

By default, Claude is set to **ask for your approval every time it tries to access your report data**. This is a safety feature to make sure you’re aware of what it’s accessing.

But we get it, this can become annoying if you’re working frequently.

### How to Fix It (One-Time Setup)

To stop being asked over and over, you can tell Claude toalways allow access to your Audiense reports.

Just follow these quick steps or **[check this demo](https://audiense.navattic.com/2xa07d7) **

1. Open **Claude Settings**
2. Go to **Connectors**
3. Find the Audiense app you’re using (e.g., Insights)
4. Click the **three dots** (⋯) next to the "Connected" label
5. Select **Tools and settings**
6. Change the permission setting from **“Always ask”** to **“Always allow”** (or "Always unsupervised")

Once this is done, Claude won’t interrupt you for permissions each time you use a prompt—it’ll just work.
