The Demographics tab is designed to help you uncover insights into the age and gender breakdown of any entity’s audience across multiple channels and locations. It provides side-by-side comparison functionality that gives you a clear view of how two entities compare demographically, whether globally or at the country level.
Two Columns, Two Perspectives
The tab is structured into two main columns, allowing you to select and compare two entities simultaneously. At the top of each column, you can choose the entity and the location you want to analyze—either at a global level or broken down by specific countries using the location filter. This flexibility allows for both entity-to-entity and market-to-market comparisons.
Each column features two key visualizations:
Age Distribution Graph
This graph shows the distribution of audience age ranges from 13 to 65+ years old across various channels. It gives a clear picture of how an entity’s audience is spread across different age groups on each channel.
Hover over the bars to view the absolute numbers of users by age group and channel.![]() |
Focus your analysis by clicking on channel names to hide or show specific channels, helping you concentrate on what matters most.![]() |
Gender Distribution Graph
This visualization breaks down the gender composition of an entity’s audience by channel.
How it works:
-
The horizontal axis displays absolute numbers.
-
The vertical axis represents the different channels.
-
Just like in the age graph, you can toggle Male or Female to filter the view and isolate the gender you’re interested in.

What sets Demand demographic insights apart?
While demographic breakdowns are common across analytics platforms, here’s why Demand Demographic tab stands out:
- Multi-Channel Comparison: unlike many other platforms that limit demographic insights to a single view, our tool allows you to see age and gender distribution across multiple channels simultaneously. This helps you detect platform-specific trends and audience behaviors at a glance.
- Cross-Country Analysis: with both global and country-level data, you can compare demographics not just between entities, but also between markets—empowering your regional strategy and international benchmarks.
- Dual-Entity Comparison: easily compare two entities side-by-side to uncover similarities and differences in their demographic profiles. This is especially valuable for competitive analysis or partnership evaluations.
