1.8.15 FAQ: Exporting Members' Profiles

1. What data is included in Members’ Exports?

The data you receive from member profiles when exporting in the form of a CSV includes the Twitter handle, name of the account, Twitter ID, location, followers, following, any links that they had in their bio, bio description and the date that they last Tweeted.


2. Is there a maximum member count I can export?

Yes, there is a maximum export of 50,000 unique members from each report and a maximum of 5,000 per cluster. From the Actions>Export menu, you can choose to export a sample of members at either the overall 'All Clusters' level (where a column will be included with the applicable cluster) or by specific cluster(s).
