1. How far back can a report go?
Twitter reports look at members' all-time interest patterns, while showcasing content trends from the last 30 days (for those who engage). To accumulate data over time, you can set your report to update at regular intervals via the Monitor option found under the Actions tab.
2. Can I run a duplicate report?
No, you will get an error. You will need to change at least one parameter on the Input Audience Filters page (e.g. Handle, Bio Keywords, or Location) or change the number of clusters.
Changing other items, such as Interest Follower Range, or Tracked Terms without updating one of the parameters noted above does not meet the criteria of creating a new report.
This applies to shared reports as well. Monitoring is also a great option for tracking an audience over time.
3. What is the minimum audience size threshold to successfully generate a report?
It's at least 250 members for most reports.
4. What is the maximum number of handles I can include within a Network Graph report for Competitive Analysis?
The maximum number of handles you can analyze for audience share and overlap, features of the Competitive Analysis section, is 12; you can analyze more than 12 handles, but the Competitive Analysis subsection will not appear in your report under the Compare section.
5. Are users with private profiles excluded from Twitter reports even if they follow the specified handle?
Twitter has a notion of "privacy protected tweets" as opposed to "private profiles." For that reason, users with "protected tweets" settings can still be included in Affinio reports. Tweet activity for these users will not be included in the output of a report (e.g. hashtags, mentions, domains, etc.), but their following patterns and members information will be (e.g. interests, bios, demographics, etc.).
