# 1.8.13 FAQ: Report Management

**1. I’ve dragged a report from “My Reports” into a folder. Why does it still appear in “My Reports”?**

When you add a report to a folder, this effectively shares the report with a folder. “My Reports” provides a master list of all reports that have been created by or shared with a user.

 

**2. I’m trying to remove a report from a folder. How?**

To unshare a report, you will need to edit shared recipients by clicking on the settings ![SettingsICon.png](https://affinio.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360030741491/SettingsICon.png) icon beside the report.

 

**3. How do I share a folder across a group or company?**

Edit the shared recipients by clicking the settings ![SettingsICon.png](https://affinio.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360030741491/SettingsICon.png) icon. When you create a folder, you will have the option to select whether it should be contained within My Account, My Company, or in a Group (if applicable).

 

**4. If I delete a folder, what happens to the contained reports?**

The reports remain in the owner’s master list and with any shared recipients of the report (this excludes recipients who were shared with the folder and not the report).
