# 4.2.2 How to Take Screenshots

Screenshots is a function that delivers high-quality screenshots in your desired format (e.g. word cloud) from your report of choice, straight to your inbox.

To Take a Screenshot: 

1. While viewing a report, click the **Actions** tab, located in the top navigation bar.
2. Scroll down to the **Screenshot Export** section. This section will have drop down options for Overview, Members, Interests, Content, and General.
3. Click on the drop-down of choice and then select the screenshots you would like emailed to your inbox.

**NOTE**: The export button will only appear once a user has selected a screenshot. The button will appear at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
