# 4.3.2 Share - How to Edit Shared Recipients

 

1. Find the report you would like to edit and hover it with your cursor.

2. Click the **settings** **icon** ![](https://affinio.zendesk.com/hc/article_attachments/360019032231/mceclip1.png) to edit. Here you will be able to add, delete, view, and change permissions for shared recipients.

3. Click **Share access**.

4. Find the list of recipients below the “Shared with” heading. Here you will be able to make changes as permitted (i.e. determined by your user permissions).

- Deselect the check mark beside the users name to remove recipients.

If the user's name is selected, click to change to“View” and “Edit” permissions.

5. Hit the **Save** button once you’ve finished.
