1. Find the report you would like to edit and hover it with your cursor.
2. Click the settings icon to edit. Here you will be able to add, delete, view, and change permissions for shared recipients.
3. Click Share access.
4. Find the list of recipients below the “Shared with” heading. Here you will be able to make changes as permitted (i.e. determined by your user permissions).
- Deselect the check mark beside the users name to remove recipients.
If the user's name is selected, click to change to“View” and “Edit” permissions.
5. Hit the Save button once you’ve finished.
