If you are already set up as an Ad Manager through Twitter's ad platform, here are the steps you’ll follow to send lookalike lists from Affinio to Twitter.
- Open up an Affinio report.
- Select the cluster you wish to use. We recommend targeting clusters with a relevance score of 25 or higher.
- Click the 'Actions' tab
- Click Advertise.
5. If your browser is not currently logged into Twitter then you must enter the relevant Twitter credentials.
6. If your browser is already logged into Twitter, then click Authorize app.
7. Select the maximum audience size you’d like for your lookalike list, and click the Generate Tailored Audience List button.
8. You’re done! Affinio will send your lookalike audience to Twitter within approximately 2 hours. However, it could take another 48 hours for the list to become available for advertising because of Twitter’s data cleansing (which ensures the users are available for ad targeting).

The "501" is a status code and not an actual count of members. All this means is that Twitter's data cleansing is not yet complete and your list has not become available.
