After a week or so since its creation date, the status of a report is changed to “archived”. This does not mean that it gets deleted (this only happens with FREE reports). If you want to restore an archived report you just need to:
- Go you your dashboard: https://dash.tweetbinder.com/my-reports
- Identify the report you want to restore
- Click on the “Restore” button
- Wait until it is fully generated. If it is a big report it might take a while
Do not worry, restoring a report does not mean that you get charged or anything. It just means that it is active again.
