This article will explain what the targeting pack is and how to use it by following the links.
A Targeting Pack is an excel file containing tabs with a selection of the data included in an audience intelligence report to help you target your audience over different platforms. The Targeting Pack will provide you with the segmented and unique affinities of your target audience or segment to plug them into advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ad Network and DSPs.
Note: This feature is only available for users with an Audience Insights plan. Users with a Free plan or Twitter Marketing plan will not be able to select this option.
Simply copy the data from the targeting pack and paste it into the targeting options of the platforms of your choice in a very quick and easy way in order to activate through different channels the specific segments in your audiences, and create lookalikes to extend your reach. You can find the targeting pack via the Actions button inside your report, or by going to the Media Affinities tab, under Social & Display ads (above image).
When you click on download, you will see the following screen. Here it will tell you who you are downloading this for, depending if you have selected the Full Audience or a specific segment. Download for each segment to take a more strategic, personalised targeting approach.
Tip: Go over to the personality tab and click on the 'How to create effective messaging' grey button, underneath the summary, to get content advice/inspiration for any given segment that you are looking at, as you can use the High/Low personality scores to create content that will resonate with your audience.
