Overview
Follow this article to learn how to access and navigate the Audiense Demand Intelligence platform, including how to view your reports, manage your account settings, and access support and product resources.
This guide provides an overview of the Demand Intelligence dashboard and highlights the primary navigation elements available within the platform.
Accessing Demand Intelligence
Access to Demand Intelligence must first be provisioned by the Audiense team.
If you are an existing Audiense user but do not yet have access to Demand Intelligence, contact your Account Manager for additional information and access details. You can also reach out to the Audiense support team for assistance.
Once access has been granted and you have received your welcome email, log in to the platform using your Audiense credentials or the credentials provided in the email.
Navigating the Demand Intelligence Dashboard:
After logging in, the main dashboard will display your Reports List, which contains all reports associated with your account.
From this page, you can:
- View your available reports
- Monitor report processing and completion statuses
- Open and review completed reports
- Download report data when available
- Access demo reports provided within the platform
The Reports List serves as the primary workspace within Demand Intelligence and allows you to quickly manage and review your existing reports.

Accessing Your Account Profile:
Your account profile can be accessed from the upper-right corner of the platform. From the profile area, you can manage account-related settings and access additional navigation options associated with your user account.

Using the Help Menu:
The Help menu provides quick access to platform resources and support materials. From the Help menu, you can:
- Access the Demand Intelligence User Guide
- Contact the support team for assistance
- Access additional platform resources and documentation
These resources are designed to help you navigate the platform and stay informed about available functionality.
