The initial Demand dashboard will show your Reports List, where your reports will appear once launched. Here, you can check the status of your report during creation and verify if it was successful. You can also access your reports and download them.

Three demo reports are also available for you to navigate:

  1. Each Report shows the most common use cases related to each entity type (talents, IPs and brands)
  2. Review the data presentation format
  3. Explore the metrics inside the reports
  4. Familiarize yourself with the report structure

Report creation

To start using the tool, click on Create New Report. This new screen is divided into two sections. On the right, you’ll find your Summary of Entities, which categorizes your inputs into four types:

  • Valid: entities already available
  • Duplicate: entities entered more than once (these don’t count against your package)
  • Not Found: entities not recognized in our system (you can request these to be added; they cannot be included in the report until recognized)
  • Exceeding: if you enter more entities than allowed, you can delete or edit your input to include only the most relevant entities. Definitions of what constitutes an entity are also available for your reference. As you enter entities, the Status bar will update to reflect your progress.

On the left, you’ll find actionable elements of the platform. Here, you’ll name your report and input/paste the entities you wish to analyze. The number of entities allowed will be shown in the header and will update as you consume your entities.

At the bottom, you’ll see three buttons:

  • Clear: to reset your entries.
  • Request Entities Not Found: to request additional entities (from your list that aren't found).
  • Create Report: to proceed with report creation.

Once you've entered the desired entities, click on Create Report and confirm to initiate the process. This action will lead you to a new screen confirming that your report has been requested, providing an estimated completion time and information on how you will be notified.

Two actionable buttons are available here: Go to Report List (to access your reports) and Create New Report (to initiate another report while waiting for this one to be prepared).

Please note, if you have not found entities within the list of influencers/accounts you have entered, and you proceed to click on Create Report, you will be prompted to Go back and request them through the Request entities not found button.
