1.8.6 FAQ: Monitor

Q: Why is my monitored report missing a cluster gains and losses chart?

Our premium Monitoring feature enables you to update your report at regular intervals to see changes in followers, topics, and trends. With our Gazelle update, we have altered how we define an audience in a monitored report. Now all four of our Twitter reports (Network Graph, Tweet Content, .CSV Upload, and URL Share) will monitor your original report clusters. However, the only report type that will show how an audience grows or shrinks is our Network Graph reports that are based on follower-queries. This report will show how the size of an audience, and its respective clusters, grows or shrinks over time.

Note: Reports that have Exclusion options, Removed Clusters, or any Tweet Content report with sub date ranges will not be monitored and the Monitor This Audience tab will not appear.
