4.7.1 Monitor - Monitoring for Twitter Reports

How to Enable Monitoring

Our premium Monitoring feature enables you to update your report at regular intervals to see changes in followers, topics, and trends.

All four of our Twitter reports (Network Graph, Tweet Content, .CSV Upload, and URL Share) will monitor your original report clusters.

The only items in your report that will not be updated with monitoring are the Demographics, Members Profiles, and Image Explorer.

It should also be noted that Tweet Content reports that have been filtered down to members who have tweeted within a subset of 30 days are not available for monitoring.

1. Choose frequency:
Updates are available on a frequency of every seven days, 14 days, month, or a
one-time only immediate update.

2. Choose when updates should start.

You can only update a report once it's at least 7 days old.

3. Edit Benchmarks (optional).
Add Owned and Competitive targets to be measured for Relevance and Affinity. Benchmarks from the original report will be used by default.

4. Confirm credits (if limited) that will be used for active monitoring.

5. Press "Start Monitoring" to confirm.

* You will receive emails (based on chosen frequency) each time your updated report is ready, and the monitoring dashboard will be updated to show trending time-based data.

* Report owners, admin, and shared recipients with editing rights can enable monitoring.

How to Disable Monitoring

If you ever need to cancel monitoring, the option to “Pause all updates” will appear in the Monitor tab once you have run your first update.

You can also cancel unwanted monitoring directly from your report list without having to open the report.

How to View Previous Reports

When you open a report, it will display the most recent data by default. You can rewind data by clicking on the calendar icon to the right of the user menu. Choose a date from the list to populate the previous data.
