Audiense Insights Subscription Glossary

• Audiences: the audience limit within Audiense Connect - usually set at 50, which is linked to Insights to adapt audiences and upload them to Audiense Insights etc..
• Active insights reports is how many you have currently created in the reports list
• Monthly insights report is how many you have created in the current month, so far
• Social Contacts related to Audiense Connect as well, usually there is a default of 2.5M, but add-ons are available.
  • These are the sum of:

• • • The users who follow you (followers) and the users you follow (following) of your account(s).
    • The contacts (followers + following) from any account(s)/source(s) you add to Audiense.

• Collaborators: team member seat limit and amount within your contract, who have access to the team domain.
• Social accounts are the authenticated X accounts they have in Audiense Connect
