We know that listening to our customers is the best way to build a better product. We want to take your ideas on board and bring your voice into the projects we choose to invest in.
We use your feedback to identify the most important features, ideas, pain points, and opportunities so that you can get more value from our product as efficiently as possible.
How to provide product feedback?
Submitting your feedback couldn't be simpler!
You can either just email email@example.com, or better still head over to our newly launched Product Portal (Audiense's Roadmap!) and provide feedback on there.
You can access our Product Portal (Roadmap) at any time via the Audiense dashboard, top right-hand corner message icon, by clicking on Product Feedback.

What can you do within the Portal?
We want you to have a say on Audiense’s development, to keep you up-to-date with our roadmap, and better still make it possible for you to vote on planned developments in the pipeline and even better suggest your own new ideas for us to consider.
Why would we do this? To help us prioritize developments that matter the most to you and your projects.
You’ll be able to see all our planned features, those in beta, under consideration and the ones we have recently launched. Simply click on each feature card to vote if it's a nice-to-have, important or critical update, providing your reasons.
As well as voting on individual features, for those of you that may have suggestions of your own, you’ll see a “Submit idea” button, via which you can leave your feedback!

What happens to your product feedback?
All new product feedback requests will be stored in our product portal, awaiting review from our product team. This allows us to understand the demand, gather use cases and automatically establish impact and value for your idea.
Our Product Team holds regular product feedback meetings. They discuss the highest priorities for our customers, team members, and prospects, considering how the requests align with our product and overall company strategy.
The team will keep this portal updated, so you can see their comments and updates. As the team goes through, they will update the status of each request in the product portal so that you immediately know the outcome. So make sure to watch out for related emails and visit the product portal.
Note: While the support team will be able to help look up ideas for you, they won't have access to any additional information other than what is provided in the portal. They will not be able to provide an estimate for when your request will be reviewed. You can however email firstname.lastname@example.org
