Purpose:
Create insights reports on the audiences already identified by monitoring conversations
How to:
- Access the Monitoring dashboard:
- Select Monitoring from the Analytics tab in the top menu
- Click view dashboard in the panel of the monitoring you wish to access
- In the top right corner, click “Add to an audience”
- On the next panel, click on New audience, give it a name and click on Create
- Once this has synchronised, you will be notified
- Once this has synchronised, you will be notified
- Go to your Insights dashboard
- Create new report
- Select Profile Attributes
- Scroll down to Select audience drop-down
- Select the audience you just created from the monitoring
- Choose your segmentation type
- Click Next and launch your Insights report

Get in-depth insights for an audience created by monitoring people behind specific conversations. Ideal when you don’t have access to a Social Listening tool elsewhere.
